And as promised I have been looking at the colours in for this summer. Bright, cheerful colours are all over the catwalks this season, resulting in some stunning colours in the high street. From daffodil yellow to cobalt blue, any colour of the rainbow will be fashionable this summer. I'll start with a colour I'm not sure about-yellow. The colour is a feel-good, happy colour that sums up everything to with summer and the sun. There is loads of yellow in the shops and looking at the dresses they are so pretty, one I found on ASOS: <img src="http://www.asos.com/images/inv/O/8/48/275615/Yellow/image1l.jpg" alt="" title=""> However, I have blonde hair. I always tend to think that blonde hair clashes with yellow as it they are different shades of the same colour. The colour looks great against dark hair, and tanned skin...again my pale skin would look even more washed out with this yellow. It's a colour I always admire on other people but steer clear of myself. Been really really busy I just haven't had chance. I won't bore you all with my recent purchases over the past month, probably far too many for you all to look at! But I'm still disappointed at the lack of sun we've been experiencing of late! My most recent fad is dresses. I have decided dresses can be dressed up or down, worn with tights or jeans (as usually needed in this country!) so I have been looking for dresses to continue my summer wardrobe. The fact that I am travelling around America this summer makes me even more excited as everytime I see a dress I think how fantastic it will look with my tan! But from now on my fashion blogs will continue...I promise...well I'll try..no I will. My hunt for summer fashion is going well although today it has been snowing. But now the sun is out and it looks like a gorgeous summers day. I love it when its like this, the nights are lighter and it feels more like summer. My hunt for summer fashion is going well although today it has been snowing. But now the sun is out and it looks like a gorgeous summers day. I love it when its like this, the nights are lighter and it feels more like summer. For some reason everyone's moods are lifted and shopping is so exciting!

So as I have said in past blogs, my plan is to gradually build up a summer wardrobe of clothes and accessories from now until the weathher gets hotter and I will have lots of nice things to wear (especially on my 8 week holiday in America..I mean a girl has to look good in New York..right??!!)

Its the easter holidays and I have 3 weeks off from uni and what a better way to start than going shopping? So that is what i intend to do. Im on the hunt for things that are going to be in fashion this summer. I figured on my student budget, if i start buying a few items every so often from now until the summer then i might just be ready for summer and its new trends.
This year i am in desperate need for some new sunglasses. Every year i buy a cheap pair and either end up not liking them or loosing them or sitting on them! So my aim for this year is to find some sunglasses that:
a/ are not too expensive but not too cheap they will break
b/ look good on me, not all funny on my face
c/actually be trendy (by the middle of the summer i usually end up finding an old pair i havent sat on yet which really do nothing for me on the fashion scene!!)
